New Frontiers in Interdisciplinary Language Research
Linguistic Forum – A Journal of Linguistics is pleased to announce a forthcoming Special Issue, December 2026, dedicated to one of the most rapidly developing areas of contemporary language research:
Artificial Intelligence × Corpus Linguistics × Computational Linguistics
The emergence of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning, and large-scale corpora is transforming how language is studied, analysed, interpreted, and applied.
This Special Issue invites researchers to explore how these developments are creating new interdisciplinary approaches to linguistic inquiry.

Prospective authors are invited to submit a 300–350 word abstract outlining the research problem, theoretical framework, data/corpus, methodology, and anticipated contribution.
All full manuscripts will undergo the journal's standard editorial screening and peer-review process.
